I recently attended the Craft & Hobby Mega Conference & Trade Show (CHA) to kick off the 2016 trade show circuit. I headed out to Anaheim, California to meet up with Love Cooking Company President Scott Nicholson, in addition to other executives of prospective retailers for our Davison clients’ big ideas.

The CHA show is celebrating 75 years of showcasing craft industry trends and innovative manufacturers and products, as well as offering educational workshops from top designers. The event brings together a host of great minds, which creates the perfect environment for collaboration.

I’m excited about upcoming endeavors on the horizon in collaboration with some of our newest business relationships, and for a whole year of stimulating shows and conferences ahead.

Proud Sponsor of Veterans Breakfast Club Event

When it comes to honoring and thanking our nation’s veterans, we are happy to take part. It’s a great honor to be one of the sponsors of the Veterans Breakfast Club’s upcoming event, “Their Stories, Our History” at the Senator John Heinz History Center in Pittsburgh.

This event celebrates the opening of the Veterans Breakfast Club’s new Western Pennsylvania Veterans Archive, a permanent collection of 350 interviews with veterans, at the center.

Organized in 2011, the Veterans Breakfast Club holds 40 morning meetings annually in the Pittsburgh region, which consists of 10-15 stories from veterans.

Inventionland Hosts Tickets for Kids Fundraiser

It was recently my pleasure to open the doors of Inventionland for Tickets for Kids Charities’ (TFK) celebration of their 20-year benchmark. Inventionland was the host TFK’s incredible “Imagine Nation Un-gala,” an evening of “fun, fantasy, and fundraising.”

Over 200 guests filled our creative work space in support of the regional charity which helps to fill seats at Pittsburgh’s many shows, games, and other events by providing tickets for children and families who may not be able to afford admission costs.

We are proud to support FTK’s work for the children in our region. Keep it up!
